At Michelle New York, Sales Associates are expected to be total stylists and wardrobe the client from head-to-toe. They must have a strong fashion point of view and focus on fashion versus fit. Sales Associates must be available to work a minimum of 25 hours per week and flexible to work days, nights and weekends. Michelle New York is committed to your career development and success through in store trainings, vendor immersion trainings, as well as, one-on-one marketing support.Sales Associate is responsible for providing outstanding customer service, establishing and developing strong customer relationships, building individual sales volume and establishing new accounts. They will demonstrate an entrepreneurial approach to growing their customer base & client spend, and partner effectively with other team members. Job Requirements:-Prior retail sales experience in a high-end or specialty retail designer RTW.-Helping customers find and select merchandise.-Effective interpersonal, verbal and communication skills. --ATTENTION TO DETAIL, TAKES INITIATIVE, ENGERY & ENTHUSIASM A MUST! -Handling all facets of sales transactions including the operation of cash registers.-Communicating with managers & buyers regarding customer concerns.-Professional selling skills and exceptional interpersonal skills.-Able to develop a personal clientele through effective use of the selling skills, proactive client outreach and use of client book.-Proven ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment that requires a high degree of multi-tasking with minimal supervision. -Required to work a flexible schedule based on business needs that includes, evenings, weekends and holidays.To Apply:Please email the following with the subject line "Sales Associate":1.
