Job Summary: Responsible for profitably growing sales to achieve yearly sales growth goals set forth by management as an Account Representative (Booker) through the development of relationships with emphasis on solutions for current customers and emerging markets; responsible for prospecting for new accounts, retaining existing accounts, and increasing opportunities with existing customers. Submits all paperwork (including entry of all visits and camera days) to the Home Office via Web or by FAX on a daily basis. Follow up with school/center director approximately two weeks prior to photography session to discuss the program specifics, preparations and notifications for portrait day.Responsible for profitably growing sales to achieve yearly sales growth goals through the presentation and selling of pre-printed portrait packages to each child's parent at the school/center. Provides parents with selection information in an informative manner (not high pressure sales), explaining the value of each portrait package in a clear and correct manner. Accurately calculates portrait cost and collects payment. Completes daily bookkeeping paperwork after selling portraits. Ships unsold portraits, payments and paperwork each week by Noon on Saturday to the Home Office. Other duties may be assigned.
