At the direction of the Mobility Network Planning & Engineering PMO office, will be responsible for project managing cross-function initiatives from initiation through implementation (end to end coordination of projects) using Company Technology & Network Realization Process methodology and the PMATT Reporting Tool. Advanced project management skills and strong technical knowledge relative to the project are used in the performance of the job. The work involves management of medium to large scope projects that may take more than one year to complete. Responsible for establishing detailed project plans and schedules, determining resource requirements, interlocking/getting agreement on baseline from all business partners/departments involved in project implementation, creating and maintaining status reporting, risk identification and project management of associated action plans to maintain baseline dates, developing action plans to address and/or mitigate risks to ensure team meets or beats project baseline dates, and interfacing with cross-functional organizations and vendors to execute the project work plans. Strong problem solving skills
