Technical Recruiter Position Description: Knowledge Matrix is a staffing and custom software solutions company under the umbrella of a $500 million Indian conglomerate called Kapil Group. We are located in Palo Alto just off Page Mill Road right down the street from the Original Facebook HQ and are expanding our U.S. staffing services division. Presently, we are seeking an additional IT Recruiter to join our team. The IT Recruiter will have 1 to 4 years of IT Recruiting background or a combination of Sales, general Recruiting, and/or IT Recruiting experience. Experience dealing directly with clients will be a big advantage. This is an excellent and truly unique opportunity to reap the rewards of being one of the first employees within a company that is well funded and thus positioned for high-growth in a short time-frame – allowing for the opportunity to more quickly grow into senior positions within the company than in a larger organization.
