I'm Amy Schrader, Business Development Executive and Team Leader in Washington, Clackamas,Yamhill,Multnomah counties for RealEstateAuctions.com (REA). Our company is expanding to all 50 states in the U.S.and I'm hiring local Project Managers to bring properties to market via real estate auctions. Project Managers must be licensed real estate professionals who specialize in auctions, or at least have a strong interest in auctions and would like to capitalize on this rapidly growing trend in real estate. Project Managers report to a Team Leader in the same geographic area. The Project Manager roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:Prospecting for listingsPreparing comparative market analysisPreparing Bid Information Packages (BIPs)Servicing inquiries from potential biddersConducting open houses (on-sites)Sales outside of auctionsAs a licensed real estate agent, you're also able to assist buyers with purchases other than auction-related properties.With our lead generation capabilities, coupled with the expectations of lead generation from each of the teams, we anticipate an annual closing auction volume range in excess of $20 million. The Project Manager in each territory is expected to earn $120,000 to $300,000 annually.Qualifications to be a Project Manager include, but are not limited to, the following:Must have an active real estate license in the state that you will be servicing and transfer it under RealEstateAuctions.comMust have experience in auctions and/or agree to go through extensive auction trainingMust have strong multi-tasking skillsMust be committed full-time to the positionIf you would like more information about being a Project Manager for RealEstateAuctions.com in Pdx Metro, please email your information.
