We excel in this industry because it is our only focus. We are seeking individuals for our Cleveland, Ohio location to learn the craft of vinyl graphic installation. As an Apprentice you will assist the Lead Installer with vinyl installation and removal, including: prepping vehicles, walls, windows and transit buses, cutting vinyl around areas of vehicles (windows, wheels, door handles, etc.), using a torch to heat vinyl in seams, wheel wells and other grooves for bonding or removal of vinyl and assisting with the installation or removal of signage on buses or other various surfaces.You don’t need prior experience to do this job, but preference will be given to applicants with a solid work history and prior experience using their hands for precision work requiring a great deal of accuracy. Carefully consider if you have the following qualifications: • Self-motivated team player with a desire to do what it takes to get the job done• An outstanding attendance record and the ability to meet deadlines• Excellent eye-hand coordination with a high degree of precision and dexterity• Sharp attention to detail with an eye for accuracy• Dependable work ethic with the ability to work independently• Rational decision making and problem solving skills• Strong communication skills and ability to ensure customer satisfaction• Flexibility in scheduling to work under various time frames and deadlines, including early mornings, late nights and weekends• Ability to work in a timely and efficient manner without sacrificing quality of work• Professional demeanor and pride in work produced• Clean driving record for travel to client locationsThis is an hourly job requiring a flexible schedule to meet deadlines as needed.
