The world's leading photo printing company is seeking Temporary Quality Assurance Assistants for about 3 months. Duties include but are not limited to:•Assists in the development, publishing and implementing of test plans for entire product line.•Assists with writing and maintaining test automation. •Defines and tracks quality assurance metrics such as defect densities and open defect counts.•Tests usability and accuracy of technical documentation.•Assists the various departments throughout the life of the product in maintaining quality standards.•Assists in testing of products using regressions, stress, installation and out of the ordinary test methods.•Assists with testing and confirmation of hardware compatibility.•Assists with maintenance and management of all QA equipment.•Assists with configuration of QA systems to specifications.•Assists Tech Support, Production, Product Management and Product Development by: 1. Troubleshooting field issues, 2. Providing defect documentation, 3. Validation of technical and supplemental documents. Preference/Requirements:•Entry-level knowledge of the development life cycle.•Entry-level knowledge of Quality Assurance Methodology and procedures desired, but not required.•Ability to type at a speed of 30 wpm a plus.•Knowledgeable with Microsoft Products.•Knowledgeable in the areas of Digital Imaging a plus.•Ability to maintain a good working relationship with fellow co-workers.•Organizational skills a plus.•Ability to use good judgment in recognizing scope of authority.•Education equivalent to the completion of 12 grade.•The position may also require some lifting of standard computer and computer related equipment up to 30 pounds.Work Schedule: Monday - FridayHours: 8am-5pmTo be considered for this position, apply online at: www.prioritypersonnel.com/.
