We are a local residential cleaning company based in Dallas, TX that is currently seeking experienced residential home cleaners that have a partner for cleaning jobs. All jobs are with 2 maids/cleaners.We are currently seeking subcontractors; we will provide the jobs/bookings for you. Please do not respond unless you meet the following requirements:* You will provide your own cleaning supplies* You have a reliable vehicle that you will use to get you to jobs* You have a smart phone with internet access that you can use to send and receive emails.*You have your own General Liability insurance. We love bi-lingual cleaners, but you must have very good understanding of written and spoken English. We service all areas of Dallas, TX and the surrounding suburbs, Plano, Addison, Frisco, etc. When jobs come through, we send a blast email to all of our maids that explains the location of the job and the pay for the job. The cleaning teams that are willing to work in that particular area at that pay rate respond back and get assigned to that job on a first-come, first-serve basis. Think of it as being "On-Call", It would be a supplement to your already existing job or cleanings. We strongly encourage other small or new maid service companies who are looking for more work/jobs to respond, although you must be willing to sign a non-compete in terms of our clients. (For example, you can still work your clients and your business and get your own jobs, but you are not to steal our clients for your own business.)You get paid a percentage of the charged rate to the client, and the more jobs you do with us, the higher your percentage will be. We start at 60% of the job and move up from there. If interested, please reply with an email, and it MUST contain the following:*Name and if you have one, your cleaning partner's name* Phone Number(s)* Experience* Locations/Area of Dallas/Fort Worth TX you are willing to service. Please contact us with all the above criteria and we look forward to speaking with you. Thanks!
