IT Help Desk Support for Lebanon based manufacturer. Perfect candidate must be proficient in both Mac and Windows operating platforms. Background with PIMS Software support a plus. Duties include providing technical support, troubleshooting, software installation, maintenance and training; managing multiple servers, network connectivity and remote access; managing system security including firewalls, virus protection, VPN, access and user accounts; maintaining data safety, integrity and storage; budget planning and purchasing of all hardware, software and peripherals.BS Degree and a min of 3 yrs background providing IT support in a manufacturing environment preferred. Will consider other combinations of training and background. Focus on quality, customer service and teamwork are key components of this opportunity.
