Our firm, AESolutions LLC has been retained to recruit a career growth oriented IT Project Management Support Analyst position in New York. For this IT Analyst position having exposure to Baan ERP is a huge plus!!! Necessary experience for this IT Support Analyst position: 1. Must have BS Degree in Computer Science or related position with 6yrs background or Master degree with 4yrs background 2. This IT Analyst must have knowledge of Unix and Windows OS administration 3. IT Analyst must have Unix scripting background 4. Must have Supplier management experience. 5. Database administration background Oracle & SQL Server highly desirable for this IT Analyst 6. This IT Support Analyst must have Infrastructure Project Management and coordination background. 7. Strong written & oral communication abilities including technical documentation 8. Expertise to interact and coordinate & manage with contractors Day to responsibility for this IT Support Analyst: Project management: 1. Will have to define project qualifications (operating system, database, authentication, space, DR, etc.) 2. This IT Analyst will have to communicate between CSC and Baan/layered products software suppliers 3. have to watch global Baan change management and compliance focal point Infrastructure Support: 1. This IT Analyst will be responsible for providing day-to-day third party support 2. This IT Analyst with Baan background will have to provide support to third parties on Baan/Web issues 3. Baan environment UTC IT policy compliance focal point 4.
