International Accounting & Tax Manager (NY, NY) sought to coord int'l acctg & tax work, review of US & foreign tax compliance, planning, research & tax controversies for all types of entities that are domestic, foreign or multnat'l, incl supervision & review of their tax returns, prep, analyze & verify fin'l statements & other records using U.S. & Internationally accepted acctg standards, research & consult on complex int'l treaty based tax matters, recommend bus. strategies & processes for improving client service & dvlpg new bus. opportunities, collect & analyze data to detect non-compliance w/laws, regulations & mgmt policies & examine & evaluate acctg & tax info systems, recommending controls to ensure system reliability & data integrity.
