Waldeck, Goldstein & Patterson is seeking a full time paralegal for its insurance defense civil litigation practice group. The applicant must have five + years of background and a paralegal certificate from an ABA licensed institution or bachelor's degree. Applicants should be bright with effective communication abilities. The successful applicant will be highly organized, able to multi-task, hard-working, detail oriented, self-directed, dependable, possess excellent people skills, and be able to effectively work as part of the team. The perfect applicant will be capable of drafting and responding to discovery, maintaining and organizing legal files, requesting and organizing medical, employment and other records, preparing medical chronologies, preparing basic pleadings and documents, and assisting with trial preparation.
