We are currently seeking a highly driven, professional for the full time position of Instructional Designer to join our innovative, growing company. The Instructional Designer is primarily responsible for developing strategies and implementing innovative training programs. Additionally, the Instructional Designer will be responsible for ensuring training excellence as measured by quality metrics. The ideal candidate for the Instructional Designer position will possess a unique set of skillsets including, but not limited to: very strong project management, communication skills, and expertise in content development tools. Instructional design experience and expertise in adult learning strategies is a requirement. This position is located in Richardson, Texas. The Instructional Designer will:• Gather product information from various departments and stake holders within Samsung and rapidly develop and deploy e-learning and other various learning tools • Determine Samsung learning strategies by device and implement learning programs • Manage multiple product launches/product information changes with content providers through clear communication and document management • Provide editing/quality control • Design and oversee development of learning solutions in multiple formats (heavy curriculum design) • Analyze and communicate the metrics of learning effectiveness and provide feedback and recommendations for on-going improvement to partners • Presentation skills along with strong verbal and written communication and the ability to state issues in a concise, solution driven manner • Leadership skills to achieve program goals and objective • Ensuring that all program initiatives are properly prioritized, delegated and executed • Decision-making skills and the ability to reason and take action in resolving problems while exhibiting professional sound judgment • Bachelor's Degree in Adult Learning, Instructional Design, or a related field, and 3 to 6 years of experience in a training and project management role, or 5+ years combination of education and experience • Minimum of 4 years of instructional design experience is mandatory, including e-learning • Telecom provider experience and technology training design experience highly preferred • Superior communication skills and the ability to quickly establish strong working relationships with a variety of departments/people. • Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, project coordination skills, management experience, and can prioritize/reprioritize tasks based on changing client and project needs • Ability to process information quickly and outline curriculum • Must be able to work collaboratively and effectively across different groups • Must have a confident presence in front of audiences of all sizes and organization levels • Proven experience with Adobe Creative Suite including Adobe Articulate, Adobe X Pro, Flash, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator • Microsoft Office products, primarily Word, Outlook, Project, and PowerPoint. • Organize work flow to manage multiple projects. Accomplish tasks with follow-through to completion. • Must be current with training technologies and training program design strategies. • Some travel may be required.Who Is Mosaic?
