Inside Sales Representative (ISR)

The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is responsible for setting listing appointments. The emphasis for the ISR is to make outbound calls using an auto dialer to expired listings and FSBOs. The ISR will work closely with the listing agent to ensure high prospect conversion rates with an outstanding customer experience. Part time work to start with afternoon hours. This position requires a real estate license.Responsibilities:* Prospect for listing appointments (Expireds, FSBOs)* Record call information and results in database* Set qualified appointments for Listing Agent to meet with potential clients* Educate prospective clients * Work with the manager to establish goals* Results oriented and has the ability to take chargeRequired Background:* Real estate license* 1-3 years of sales experience* 1-3 years real estate experience preferred* Experience with auto dialer systems preferred but not necessary* Call center experience preferredRequired Skills:* Demonstrated record of success achieving and exceeding objectives in an inside sales position* Be persistent and have the ability to handle rejection * Prior sales experience in a performance-driven environment strongly preferred* Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency and responsiveness* Self-motivated and ambitious with proven ability to succeed* Willing to learn scripts and dialogues* Strong organizational skills * People oriented, with great communication skills* Basic computer skills a mustIf you meet the requirements and have a history of success please submit your resume for consideration.
