I recruit for The Right Thing, an ADP Company, and I am currently recruiting for a global leader in medical devices and orthopedic implants. We are seeking an Indirect Sourcing Category Leader. This person will develop and lead global sourcing strategies and initiatives for assigned indirect services. The ideal candidate will have a BS in Business Administration (or equivalent degree, MBA preferred) and significant knowledge and background in world-class indirect sourcing practices and techniques, with a min of 5 years of sourcing background, and at least 4yrs of sourcing professional services. Medical device background is preferred but not necessary for this role. My client has won awards for innovation and creativity, while out producing their competition.
