INBOUND CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT POSITIONS Job Reference ID Code: RCJPS This is ideal for former career people who are now stay at home parents looking for a part or full time commitment and some extra cash. This is an independent contractor position and you will be working from home 100%, with no commute. Compensation: Compensation is based on the degree of difficulty of each project. The average pay incentives is between $10.00 - $30.00 per hr. depending on the client position that you are hired for through our job network program by our client referrals. Hours & Requirements: You must be available Monday through Saturday and expect to work a min of twenty - 40 hours per week. Normal calling hours are between 8:30am and 10:00pm, weekdays and weekends We are seeking individuals who can evaluate customer service representatives' performance. Prior customer service, quality control call monitoring, coaching or mystery shopping experience preferred. Must have a PC, high-speed internet access, MS Word, Adobe Reader, good writing skills, and long distance phone service on a land-line. Training is provided. Background investigation check is required by the contractor - We only felony convictions from the past 5yrs, not a credit check.
