Im currently recruiting for a proven world-wide leader in sustainable automation and service solutions that range from machining and assembly modules, to body welding systems, assembly lines and integrated robotics, and am seeking a Human Resources Business Partner. This position will be responsible for generalist support and essential functions within 2 business units. As a member of the HR team and Business Unit leadership team, this position is expected to provide leadership and support in HR strategy and the full spectrum of organizational development and generalist activities. Applicants for this position MUST have at least an undergraduate degree, but an MBA or other appropriate advanced degree would be preferred, and at least 5 years of progressively challenging HR assignments in a leadership role. Automotive industry environment background is also required, with background supporting engineers preferred. My client has more than 100 patents to its name and all major automotive manufacturers currently use their broad range of cutting-edge solutions and technology at facilities all over the world.
