Local company seeking property field inspectorsAn inspector for our company must be teachable, reliable, have good work ethic, and the ability to handle obstacles with a positive attitude. This position requires a person to maximize their time and resources in the most efficient way possible, and much of the training is learned by experience, so being a fast learner is also important. This includes computer skills and learning new software/systems as well as learning quickly in the field. Some contact with homeowners required, based on inspection type.Tools required: 1. Digital Camera 2. Reliable vehicle 3. GPS unit 4. Printer 5. Reliable email that is or can be checked daily 6. Reliable computer hardware, internet connection; the use of MS Streets and Trips is very helpful, Microsoft Excel, and data entry software (to be provided) 7. PC/Windows OS 8. Microsoft Excel, and experience with the software 9. Scanner capability 10. Smart phone with full data capabilities 11. Current car insurance and valid driver's licenseFlexible position, when order deadlines are well managed. The majority of your time will be spent driving; position requires taking photos of property, delivering notecard to home occupant in many cases, filling out a form and moving on to the next.
