JOB SUMMARY:This position will use direct but tactful communication when interviewing potential candidates. They will be an “out of the box” thinker, process driven, and a relationship builder. They will have industry knowledge as well as expert level compliance knowledge in order to reach the best possible outcome for the candidate/client.Subject matter expert; specific sales role; project driven; exhibits technical skillsRESPONSIBILITIES:Client Responsibilities:- Client relationship as needed to develop salesGP/Revenue Responsibility:- Personal GP quota responsibilityFreedom to Act/Accountability:- Guidance given: Assignments are received in objective oriented terms. Receives guidance based on organizational goals and company policy. Work is reviewed in terms of meeting the organization’s objectives and schedulesThis associate will work within a team to receive/develop a recruiting strategyPolicy involvement: Follows operating policies. Follows organizational policiesSupervisory/Relationship:- Accomplishes results through combined effort of team. Follows the structure of organizational units or a centralized functional activity.Direct Work Involvement/Complexity:- Consultative with client and candidates and has relationship building skills- Will recruit for both non-exempt as well as lower level exempt positions- Ability to understand job descriptions as well as strong industry knowledge- Will create job postings- Screen resumes as well as job board usage- Expert process/system knowledge- Conducts and/or participates in Intake calls/requisition reviews- Collaborate with Senior Recruiter on sourcing plans and candidate assessment and selection- Executes sourcing strategies- Screen candidates- Executes candidate care strategies- Mining and reviewing resumes- Ability to use multiple techniques for sourcing candidates including Boolean search, social and professional networking & other sources for diverse candidates- Ensure documentation and tracking on assigned requisitions via client ATSImpact:- Erroneous decisions or recommendations would possibly result in delays and modifications to project/operations; possibly cause expenditure of time, human resources, and fundsLiaison:- Frequent contacts with equivalent level inter-organizational managers and customer representatives concerning projects, operational decisions, scheduling requirements or contractual clarification. Conducts briefings and technical meetings for internal and external representatives Position Requirements: EXPERIENCE:Minimum of 1 – 3 years of recruiting experienceEDUCATION:High school diploma or equivalent requiredSKILLS REQUIRED: • Ability to successfully interface with clients (internal and external)• Strong interpersonal and communication skills• Proven ability to work within a team environment• Ability to make decisions, take direction and execute a plan• Detail orientation with follow-through shown in previous jobs• Able to communicate with and present at the executive level• Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously• Ability to qualify and close deals• Sales abilities along with market knowledge and/or product/technical expertise• Expert with process and system knowledge• Networking and relationship building skills
