We specialize in Web Design & Development, Graphic Design, Search Engine Optimization and Social Media Services. Our clients cover a broad range of industries (small, medium and large.)We are currently seeking a full-time graphic/web designer with professional experience. This is an in-house position at our Naperville office (M-F, 9am-5pm) so you must live in the area. We're looking for a team player with a high attention to detail, great communication skills as well as a special creative talent that sets you apart from others. The ideal candidate for this job will have an awesome portfolio with samples that include both print and web design. Job Description• Participate in all phases of web design projects (including client meetings, concept designs, revisions, etc.)• Conceptualize and prepare web design concepts for client review (Responsible for creating original web graphic elements for all concepts)• Translate wireframes and site flows into finished designs with a focus on visitor usability and ease of navigation (in some cases, code the designs into optimized and validated HTML/CSS)• Ensure all projects are developed with the end user in mind. Maintain consistent graphic and branding standards throughout website, digital and printed designs. • Consult with the project manager and development team to plan and implement web development (WordPress)• Conceptualize and prepare graphic designs for print materials (business cards, brochures, etc.)Required Skills & Experience• Degree in Graphic Design or related field and 2+ years of relevant experience • Expert knowledge of Adobe Suite including Illustrator, Photoshop & InDesign• Established understanding of design principles (such as layout, color, typography, composition etc.)• Excellent visual design sensibilities and proven ability to design a polished and engaging look and feel for websites• Fluency with HTML – ability to hand code from scratch and talk to back-end developers • Sharp, polished, professional with stellar communications skills, and able to work with clients • Ability to multi-task and keep up pace in a fast-paced environment Desired Skills & Experience• WordPress knowledge • Working knowledge of CSS, PHP, JQuery & JavaScript is a plus• E-Commerce & mobile web experience a plus• SEO & Social Media experience a plusHow to ApplyPlease reply to this listing with a copy of your resume, and a link to your portfolio.
