Seeking Motivated, Results-Driven Leasing Consultants to join the Bluestone Team! Do you enjoy sales and meeting new people? Bluestone Properties and Bluestone Property Management (Bluestone) is a real estate investment company that engages in the acquisition, ownership, management, and redevelopment of apartment properties. The company rents and leases its apartment units to a diverse base of residents. Bluestone manages approximately 4,500 rental residences in Indiana, Ohio and Oklahoma. These include studio, 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments as well as townhomes. Our communities range in size. Some are sprawling complexes with swimming, fitness centers, tennis, dog parks, playgrounds, and scenic views. Others offer the in-town lifestyle, including nearby shopping, dining and entertainment. We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package. Our Leasing Consultants have the opportunity to build their career with Bluestone over time and move into managerial positions. The Leasing Consultant is responsible for all aspects of leasing an apartment home including: showing and leasing apartments through effective sales presentations, answering incoming calls, generating traffic, scheduling sales appointments, greeting future residents and follow up. You will also assist with marketing programs, market surveys and resident functions. Requirements: •Candidate should have at least 2-3 years in sales (preferably leasing) •Candidate should demonstrate a strong sales background with successful track record and ability to close the deal •Meet weekly sales performance goals •Have effective presentation and closing skills •Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel and Outlook) •Experience with Yardi Property Management software a plus •Be able to work in a fast-paced work environment and handle multiple customers/ tasks at the same time •Have effective skills to communicate with a variety of customers •Must be available to work full time. •Be able to work with scripts (over the phone and in person). •Be flexible -- that includes changing schedules and working at least 3 weekends per month and some evenings •Be prepared to move around touring prospective residents •Have reliable transportation What can we offer YOU?
