JOB ID: OH24036 Job Title: Fuel Market Analyst Company: Job Chit Chat Industry/Environment: Oil & Gas/Aviation Responsibilities: Assist management & staff by coordinating office services, maintaining records, and typing, filing and administrative duties. Ensuring office efficiency by providing office support, identifying & communicating office procedures to all staff, facilities management, equipment maintenance & overall daily supervision of office staff. Processing customer pricing workbooks, daily updating website pricing, processing fuel releases requests by customer in addition to assisting customer inquiries regarding price quotes, fuel availability, and/or research of invoice disputes. Skills Needed/Experience: Computers, data entry, phones, faxes, type 50 WPM MS Office to include Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint Customer service and collection skills Location: Columbus Salary: $25/Hour DOE Hours: Full Time
