Front Desk/Sales personnel for Kevin Trinh’s Allstate Insurance Agency.We are looking for someone who can grow and expand with the company. Someone with a great persona, outgoing, and is not afraid to speak on the phone.Duties include, but not limited to, strong verbal, written & interpersonal communication skills, helping the office manager, servicing new prospects and current clients, handling correspondences, scanning, faxing, mailing, ten-key, phone etiquette, taking payments (if licensed), meeting clients needs, resolving insurance inquiries, and making changes to clients’ policies (if licensed). Able to speak Spanish or any other language, a plus. Property and Casualty licensed a plus, but not required at time of hire.Prior Allstate experience a plus.Must be able to work at least 30 hours. Hours are from 11:00 A.M. – 5:30 P.M. Compensation: Based on Work Experience. Commission is based on the individual.Please fax resumes and cover letters to 1-888-567-2747.
