Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Responsibilities Become the subject matter expert regarding the non-judicial foreclosure and bankruptcy documents Sign execute Mortgage related documents including ; Substitution of Trustees, Notice of Default, Affidavits of Lost Note, Military Affidavits, etc. Have knowledge of Mortgage servicing processes that will display confidence while testifying at trials and or hearings to defend our Company's best interest Identify and verify data for execution of affidavits and or other Legal documents Ensure all documents are validated, received, executed and processed timely through internal tracking mechanisms in accordance to local and internal policies and guidelines Maintain the acceptable turn-around times for the documents to avoid any back logs for documents for vendor, attorney, or Company Monitor document requests to ensure Legal, investor and guarantor timelines are met Research and projects as assigned by Management Basic Qualifications High School diploma, GED, or equivalent certification At least 2 yrs of Experience in Default Mortgage Servicing within either title, foreclosure, bankruptcy, or Mortgage default document execution At least 2 yrs of Experience with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Preferred Qualifications An Associates Degree and or Paralegal Certification At least 3yrs Experience of Default Mortgage Servicing within either title, foreclosure, bankruptcy, or Mortgage default document execution At least 1yr of Experience with MSP LPS software platform At least 3yrs of Experience with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook Understanding of overall Mortgage servicing process with a Primary focus on the foreclosure, bankruptcy and loss mitigation processes Precise and positive presentation Skills Ability to address critical and time sensitive document issues with ease Superior attention to detail as well as strong prioritization and time Management At this time, Capital 1 will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this Position.Email: (click to respond)Listing originally posted at http://www.jobvertise.com/job?jobid=9927323&referer=oodle
