Description:

Individual will be responsible for interacting with customers to determine the need and to schedule a Field Engineer accordingly (these Field Engineers will be dispatched to repair and commission generators on-site). MUST HAVE: * Good communication and good organizational skills * Must be willing to take a calls during the weekend and to respond in a timely fashion. (Typical time of handling a situation is 30-60 minutes) * Technical Field / Scheduling, or Technical Customer Service experience * Be technically adept and and have good problem-solving skills* Business Degree preferred or applicable experience to compensate INTERVIEWS HAVE STARTED, so, If you are interested, or know someone who is interested, please send a current resume' to greta.guimond@partnersalliance *com
