We are currently seeking a highly driven, professional to become Field Sales Manager on behalf of our client, a global technology company. The Field Sales Manager will be responsible for driving brand awareness and advocacy by working closely with the retail sales personnel, promoting Mobile Devices and reporting on our clients' products, promotions and services. The successful applicant will: Conduct monthly reviews with Zone Sales Manager - highlighting performance in key metrics of programs Establish and maintain business relationships between store, client management, retail accounts, and Mosaic clients in order to effectively execute program objectives Demonstrate effective decision-making skills and the expertise to reason and take action in resolving problems while exhibiting professional sound judgment Demonstrate effective leadership skills and the expertise to motivate retail teams to achieve program goals and objectives Demonstrate effective presentation skills along with outstanding verbal and written correspondence - Expertise to state issues in a concise, solution driven manner General Qualifications: Passionate about technology, with a thorough knowledge of wireless phones and related products. Will be responsible for working directly with the retailers and carriers in the marketplace to ensure training and event compliance.
