Job qualifications and Qualifications: Facilities Project Manager. Description.The position is a Project Manager role supporting Ericsson's Real Estate and Facilities Management organization with (70 /) properties in the US and/or Canada. This person will provide Project Management support to various Facility Managers within Region North America..· Will interface with executives and decision makers at various levels of the organization..· Work with outsourced partners and internal corporate services for the coordination of various project activities..· Be a problem solver, critical thinker, selfstarter, and good at building relationships..· Managing all activities associated with projects that are complex in nature..· Managing the design, development, and revision of project plans..· Working with users on project priority, scope and delivery; reviewing complex data to define and assign project tasks..· Creating and delivering presentations on project goals and plans..· Interacting with other departments and/or external sources to gather data and accomplish tasks..· Influencing and negotiating with all levels of management regarding project goals and needs..· Negotiating and managing outside vendors..· Monitoring the tracking of project status and results..· Mnaging the maintenance of established timelines..· Directing the development and implementation assessment procedures to determine revisions or enhancements for future projects..· Providing work direction and guidance to lower level project staff.','!.!Facilities Project Manager. Aboveaverage proficiency with Excel and ability to perform financial analysis for business cases required. Proficiency in Microsoft office (Microsoft word, PowerPoint, Outlook) required. Facilities Management ability BOMA and/or local IFMA membership participation encouraged.
