Jamison Electric Service Company is looking for a great Administrative / Executive position. JESCo-Jamison Electric Service Company is currently looking to hire an AMAZING Administrative Assistant! Must be dependable with own reliable transportation, highly organized, self-motivated, and career driven. Must be extremely proficient with computer softwares such as Word, Microsoft excel, Access, Photoshop, and type at least 55 wpm. Will be responsible for variety of functions such as company correspondence, data base, reports, newsletters, pulling permits/registrations/liens, office supplies/equipment, and assist with sales/marketing material. Must be detail-oriented, able to meet deadlines with ease, work unaided as well as a team, thrive in a high energy environment, and expertise to develop some foresight in regards to working with CEO.
