1st Choice Home Improvements, Inc. is seeking an energetic Event Promoter to educate people about our products, through off site marketing events. We are seeking enthusiastic, self-motivated, well-spoken individuals to work our booths each weekend within our sales territory. The Event Promoter will be responsible for setting up / tearing down the marketing booth, enthusiastically promoting our products and services and collecting leads for our appointment setters. Other responsibilities include:• Memorization and effective delivery of product / service knowledge. • Must be able to lift 35 pounds and able to perform physical skills necessary to setting up and tearing down our trade show booth. • Enthusiastic about your job – we want high energy people representing our name.• Maintaining a positive mental outlook by developing leadership attitudes, traits & work habits. • Must be reliable and have high organizational skillsJob Requirements • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an enthusiastic, friendly approach. • Must be reliable and have high personal integrity. • Confident, with a strong drive for continuous improvement and to meet goals. • Team player and have the ability to build relationships with clients and staff. • Must be at least 18 years of age. • Computer literate. • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and/or holidays. Most of your hours will consist of weekend work.• Must have a valid Driver’s License and be insurable on our vehicles.
