Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Seeking an Associate with 2-five years Experience in all aspects of employee benefits ERISA including defined contribution and defined benefit retirement plans, welfare benefit plans, ERISA Title I and plan asset fiduciary rules and Executive compensation including employment agreements, severance agreements, deferred compensation programs, golden parachute arrangements and equity incentive plans, together with applicable tax, accounting and securities law implications.
