Electrical Engineering Department Manager - Cleveland, Ohio Compensation range: $ 110,000 - $ 150,000 + Benefits + Bonus + Deferred Compensation $ Incentive $ **** Applicants MUST have Engineering Consulting Firm Background in order to be considered for this position. *** BSEE with a min of 15yrs background in power, industrial and commercial projects, power distribution, 4000 HP and larger drives, lighting, etc. Knowledge of controls and instrumentation design for power plants is required. At least 5yrs background in managing an electrical group of at least 8 engineers and designers. Successful applicant must have a passion for electrical engineering and the expertise to communicate and motivate engineers and designers under his responsibility. Knowledge of the National Electrical Code and other industry applicable standards is a must. Knowledge of ArcFlash short circuit study using SKM or ETAP electrical software is a plus. Knowledge of Microsoft excel or similar database is required. PE registration is required.
