The Electrical Controls Engineer is responsible for the programming of custom automated packaging equipment that meets individual customer requirements. Programming can include the integration of aux equipment such as robotics, vision systems, labelers and other devices.The ideal candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills, and be able to meet deadlines and complete work accurately.Requirements: Mechanical aptitude CAD schematic design experience PLC & HMI Programming experience Self-Motivated Sensor integration experience Electrical hardware design experienceDesired Experience: Design of packaging and/or automated equipment AutoCAD Electrical Allen Bradley RSLogix 5000 PLC/HMI/Motion Multi-axis servo motion control Concept, design, debug, validation and installation SCADA integration UL, CE, NEC, IEC standardsBottom line :1. 3+ years of design experience with packaging equipment or other automated equipment.2. AutoCAD Electrical experience.3. Experience with Allen Bradley RSLogix 5000 PLC/HMI/Motion.4. Multi-axis servo motion control experience.5. Concept, design, debug, validation and installation.6.
