EDI Analyst ( GXS AI / MS SQL )Fulltime Employee PositionSecaucus NJ(No Sponsorship)This is a great opportunity for an EDI Analyst (with GXS AI and MS SQL experience) working for an international company. We are working directly with the VP and CIO responsible for this position!*** *** MUST have experience with GXS Application Integrator *** ****** *** MUST have strong / current MS SQL database skills *** ***ROLE-- Responsible for the EDI system operation.-- Initiate and maintain outside partner relationships.-- Liaison between outside partners and IT Staff.-- Develop and modify maps for new and existing customers.-- Coordinate setup and testing with new customers.-- Document new customer specification and implementation.-- Perform Gap analysis.-- Gather Business requirements.-- Troubleshoot transaction errors.-- Create, modify and maintain EDI scripts.-- Provide EDI support for customers and internal users.-- EDI monitoring.-- Coordinate AS2 and VAN mailbox set ups and monitoring.-- Provide system admin and daily operational application support. -- Analyze business and user needs, document requirements, and design and specify functional and technical solutions.-- Provide project management through implementation. -- Design test cases that ensure that implemented solutions function without error or disruption to business operations.REQUIRED-- MUST have experience with GXS Application Integrator.-- MUST have strong / current MS SQL database skills.-- Experience with ANSI X.12 and/or EDIFACT.-- Experience creating EDI specifications, gap analysis and creating maps per specifications. -- 2+ years experience with fluency mapping at least five different EDI transaction sets.-- Experience with maps complying with ANSI X.12 data formats in the international, transportation and distribution transaction map sets (315, 210, 214, 204, 997, 850, 860, 856, 940, 943, 944, 945, ...).-- Extensive experience with EDI monitoring tools and troubleshooting data errors.-- Working knowledge of MS SQL queries.-- Some experience with logistics application systems and business processes (ie. OCM, Air Freight, Warehousing, Transloading, CHB or NVOCC).-- Working knowledge of process flow diagram (ie.
