Dynamic Sales People Needed (Houston)My Best Plan is growing! We are looking for dynamic and inspiring sales people for this unique opportunity in the Houston area. We need self-motivated Account Representatives to promote and sell the My Best Plan Patent-Pending residential energy pricing program that provides "Always the Best Electricity Plan for My Home" and develop our customer base in the Houston and surrounding end-user residential market. Candidates should have sales skills, the aptitude to learn and apply new skills/knowledge, and a sincere desire to build a business and drive their personal income.This position will be responsible for sourcing new business, visiting new clients, quoting clients and working with our existing operations team. This is a remote position with a weekly status meeting and additional training when needed/required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales and service goals along with solid sales and service experience. The key responsibilities of this individual will be to progressively manage and maintain contact with established clients and source new business through prospecting new clients and generating business through sales leads and referrals.RequirementsSKILLS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE• Must be a self-starter• 1-2+ years direct sales experience required• Results oriented• Able to communicate effectively in oral and written form to home owners or renters, with emphasis on creativity and energy• Ability to learn new industry, company, product or technical knowledge and effectively convey that knowledge to customers• Dedication to professionalism, persistence and closing the sale.• Proficient in using web browsers (e.g., Firefox, Internet Explorer)• Prior experience using a customer relationship management system (CRM), e.g., SalesForce, Sugar, PeopleSoft• Personal home office equipment including fax, scanner, and printerCOMPENSATION• Reps hitting targets are estimated to earn $62,000 annually, plus quarterly bonuses.• Unlimited earning potential, no cap on commissions.
