Orange County social service agency seeks a Director of Development. Primary responsibilities include oversight and supervision of the development department and staff, as well as cultivating a culture that is focused on growing and retaining lifelong relationships with corporate partners, investors and constituents. The ideal candidate shall be an experienced leader skilled at developing strategic plans for corporate revenue generation. Position requires Bachelor's degree with at least seven years of progressive experience in a leadership role. Nonprofit fundraising experience required.
