This individual will also be responsible to develop and execute the planned load tests, analyze the results to identify performance bottle necks and recommend required configuration changes.Highly Required/Desired Skills:-*Knowledge of load testing concepts and methods is Required. *Load test environment configuration is Required. *Knowledge of HTML, Portal, Java, and .Net environments is Desired. *Metrics definition is Desired. *Test result analysis is Required. *Ability to use Mercury Interactive load testing tools is Desired. *LoadRunner certified is Required. Behaviour Characteristics:- *Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Desired. *Analytical and problem solving ability Required.
