North Canton advertising and marketing firm seeking Digital Account Manager to oversee and manage customer's digital marketing programs. Digital Account Manager would coordinate with in-house and outside production teams to oversee fulfillment and completion of customer's digital marketing programs. Duties to include:- Contacting and rigorously following up with customers to gather content needed to complete their website, mobile website and/or online listings- Coordinating with internal departments to have customer-requested changes made to websites, mobile websites and/or listings- Contacting and following up with customers to obtain approval on completed websites- Proofreading and user-testing completed websites before customers view them, and coordinating with web team to have corrections made- Managing the "big picture" so every aspect of the customer's digital program is fulfilledSkills Required: • Detail oriented• Great organizational skills• Good written and oral communication abilities• Superb customer service skills• Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel) and Google Docs• Computer, Internet, and smartphone savvy• Knowledge of online marketing concepts a plusThis is a full-time position with benefits.
