Responsible for a variety of powder processes including formulating and testing coatings. DESCRIPTION OF ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Responsible for formulation and design of powder coatings to be marketed in the futureSupports current formulation adjustmentsReviews and tests raw materialsResponsible for quality parameters, documenting and updating recordsOther duties as assigned QUALIFICATION QUALIFICATIONS: Education Preference: College diploma in Chemistry or related fieldOne to 3 yrs background desired in a manufacturing or industrial setting in coatings or chemical environmentExcellent mathematical skillsExcellent computer skillsAbility to handle multiple projects at 1 timeExcellent communication skillsWilling to work in a team environmentAbility to receive and provide instructions in a positive manner MUST HAVE!!!!! 1.
