Candidate will provide level one and 2 support for all users. Will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting and maintaining all hardware, software and Linux systems. Must have a minimum of 5 years of Desktop Support exp with a variety of Macintosh products like iMacs, iBooks, MacBooks and Mac Pros. Will also support Windows XP/Vista/7.
