JOB ID: OH22912 Job Title: Desktop Professional Company: Job Chit Chat Industry/Environment: Advertising (Growing IT/Environmental Company) Responsibilities: Provide helpdesk/desktop support by responding to service calls for hardware/software support involving Microsoft desktop products. Respond to service calls for local area clients. Collaborate with end-users to deliver solutions that would provide well managed standardized computing environment to all information workers. Work closely with senior executives in IT service management and business affairs to evaluate rollout impact on financial, and information worker functions. Skills Needed/Experience: Diagnosing PC/Laptop Hardware issues & installing hardware. Supporting Dell, HP, IBM hardware and troubleshooting break/fix repair issues. Supporting End Users and troubleshooting Microsoft Office Professional (97, 2000, 2003, 2007). Location: Columbus Salary: $25/Hour DOE Hours: Full Time
