Read below for Details. ******************************************************************************************************* Locations: Richmond, VA / Mclean, VA / Plano, TX Job summary: Responsibilities: Responsible for the design, development and administration of transactional and analytical data constructs/structures. Included within those responsibilities are the areas of data access and delivery technologies. Includes ability in data quality, data organization, metadata, and data profiling. May provide technical support on data warehouse teams. Data set sizes are usually huge (in excess of hundreds of millions of records). Proven track record to move from 1 sequential assignment to the next (workplace environment and priorities can change quickly depending on business needs). Demonstrated ability to move data between production systems and across multiple platforms Critical skills: Atleast 3-4 of the following Skills are most required: SQL, Mainframe, Teradata, SAS, Business Objects, UNIX Shell scripting, Microsoft excel/VBA Programming, Teradata/ETL Coding Good background with Financial Services clients is desired. Background with most of the reporting tools. Generating Adhoc reports and queries.
