Infinity Property and Casualty Corporation is seeking Customer Service Consultants in Tucson, AZ. The Customer Service Consultant is the primary contact point for the insured, agents and lien holders for policy related inquiries. Responsibilities include: ·Provide superior customer service, responding to requests for interpretation of guidelines/procedures, acceptability of risk, rating inquiries, and/or premium discrepancies in a prompt and professional manner ·Process endorsements, renewals, policy cancellation/non-renewals, and payments in a timely and accurate manner ·Reviews complex issues and exceptions with a senior, QA or supervisor.When appropriate, forwards escalated calls, non-routine inquiries, and issues requiring inter-departmental action to a senior, QA or supervisor, and/or logs requests of complex issues in a timely and efficient manner ·Must adhere to assigned schedule and demonstrate dependability and reliability on a regular basis ·Document/maintains various internal records and reports, as needed Requirements: ·6+ months of customer service experience ·High School Diploma or GED ·25 WMP typing speed ·English/Spanish Multilingual We Offer: ·Average starting salary - $26,980 a year - based on experience ·Medical, Dental and Vision ·401(k) with company match up to 5% ·Tuition Assistance Infinity Property & Casualty Corporation (IPCC), a leader in personal automobile insurance, ranks among the top Property and Casualty Insurance Companies in the country.
