The iIdeal candidate should have substantial experience in public and private company mergers and acquisitions. Experience representing investment banks and financial advisors in M&A transactions would be beneficial, but not required. Additional qualifications should include experience with cross-border transactions, distressed M&A, corporate governance, takeover defense, proxy contests, joint ventures, strategic alliances and general corporate representations.
