Additional Knowledge & Skills:â?¢ Seasoned recruiter with solid experience in Corporate Recruiting arena.â?¢ Experience recruiting a variety of positions, preferably with some healthcare industry.â?¢ Proven background of identifying and placing top talent in a high volume, competitive markets across the US.â?¢ Demonstrated ability to creatively identify and recruit difficult skills sets utilizing multiple sourcesâ?¢ Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentâ?¢ Detail oriented and excellent follow-up skills essentialâ?¢ Prior experience working with ATS applicant tracking systems. Company uses UltiPro. Education:4-year degree in human resources, business or related field or equivalent experience, preferred, or equivalent corporate recruiting experience.
