Full time position

Open until February 29, 2012

� Non-Profit-Kearny Mesa area.

� State Child Development and other contracts.

� Maintain earnings projections and cash flow analysis.

� Monthly Income/Expense reports.

� Perform data entries and process financial reports up to the balance sheet.

� During auditing assist with research and preparation of the year-end reports.

� Process IRS forms 1096 and 1099.

� Bank reconciliation.

� Analyzing data to generate reports using various software applications for attendance and meal count using Microsoft, excel, payroll system, and MAS 90 Accounting.

� Perform other responsibilities as required by the Senior Accountant.

� To substitute for the senior accountant and/or the bookkeeper in their absences to keep the fiscal operations going.

� Knowledge of fund accounting.

� Self-starter with good communications.

� BA in Business Administration or accounting is required.

� Two year experience is preferred.

� Valid California Driving License

� Health, dental, vision, benefits.
