Well-Established Gloucester County Southern New Jersey Bank has an excellent opportunity for a seasoned lending professional to join our bank as Well-Established Gloucester County Southern New Jersey Bank has an excellent opportunity for a seasoned Commercial Loan Credit Analyst, Ideal Candidate: Degree preferred, but experience is most important. Min at least five years, banking experience in commercial real estate loan underwriting. Skills and experience should include spreading and analysis of commercial financial statements and tax returns, preparation of cash flow statements, particularly global cash flows on commercial real estate projects. Duties: Ability to spread and analyze financial statements and experience in developing global cash flows for borrowers and guarantors ensures accurate and timely servicing of the Banks loan portfolio, ensures loans and agreements comply with state and federal laws, regulations and Bank lending policies and procedures; ensures department activities run smoothly and efficiently; provides leadership, training and supervision within the department; and provides a high-level of customer relations and service. Preferred: Prior experience from competitor i.e. TD Bank, Sun Bank, Bank of America, PNC, Wachovia, Ocean City Home, Franklin Savings Bank is preferred. Position Offers: A salary is commensurate with the candidates experience and expertise, 50K to 60K+ D.O.E. Excellent, PAID benefit package.
