A successful Family owned Insurance Agency in Hudson County, NJ is seeking to add a Commercial Lines CSR - Multi-lingual Spanish, to staff.Commercial Lines CSR Responsibilities:Assists in the production of new accounts and the retention of existing accounts. Provides prompt, efficient, high-quality professional service to commercial lines clients. Responsible for gathering the info and risk management recommendations for the renewal of designated Commercial Lines Accounts as well as for delivering renewals and/or binders for designated accounts as needed within time guidelines. Responsible for customer satisfaction, and meeting/exceeding company goals for quotes, rounding accounts, and generating referrals for new business. Will professionally handle assigned case load of clients in a fast paced environment.Commercial Lines CSR Qualifications:At least three years CSR experience in a retail property and casualty broker or agency. Excellent Commercial Lines Insurance product knowledge and collaboration skills; must have demonstrated effective presentation skills, verbal and written communications skills. Possess professional presence, positive attitude, assertive self-starter with the ability to influence others, able to meet/exceed goals; must be willing to travel as needed. Excellent computer and keyboarding skills, solid experience with Microsoft WORD and EXCEL, Applied TAM or other Agency systems required. Some E&S experience preferred. Current Insurance License for Property & Casualty required, Life License preferred but not mandatory. College Degree preferred, designations such as CISR, CPCU, ARM or CIC a plus.
