Well-established New Jersey based Community Bank is seeking a seasoned (Superstar) Commercial and Industrial Lender for the Philadelphia office. The position is more of a Commercial and Industrial lender than real estate, although experience in real estate would be beneficial, business lines of credit, term loans etc. that are not just real estate mortgage loans. This individual the bank is looking for would be responsible for generating $15 million in loans min in the Philadelphia market The bank does have a credit department so there will be some internal support, however the candidate would be expected to do his own write-ups and analysis, again with the help of our credit department in financial statement spreading and analysis. The lender we are looking for is not just a loan salesman but someone who has the financial and credit experience as well. Someone who had formal credit training would be great. Prior experience from competitor i.e. TD Bank, Sun Bank, Parke Bank, Bank of America is preferred. Position Offers: A salary is commensurate with the candidates experience and expertise, 100K to 150K+ D.O.E. Possible annual bonus. Excellent PAID benefit package.
