Synergy HomeCare of Barrington and McHenry is currently hiring Female/Male Live-In and Come and Go CNAs and Caregivers. We are looking for mature, professional and trustworthy individuals who have the skills and passion for helping others to join our Care Team! Synergy HomeCare McHenry offers non-medical in home care to anyone needing assistance. Applicants must be willing to provide transportation in their own vehicle. Must be able to transfer from wheel chair and communicate clearly in English. Our services include but are not limited to: • Companionship – friendly conversation, social outings; shopping and errands; • Light Housekeeping – cleaning, laundry, meal planning and preparation; • Personal Care – bathing, toileting, incontinent care, transfers, dressing and grooming assistance, medication reminders etc. Caregivers must be available to work weekends and holidays. We offer flexible schedules, competitive wages, a team environment and comprehensive training and support. In order to become a Synergy HomeCare McHenry Care Team player you must: • Have a min of 1 (1) year prior work in home care; • Pass a criminal experience investigation; • Have a negative TB test; • Have CPR and 1st Aid certification; • Reliable transportation; • Be compassionate and caring; • Be dependable.
