NEED TO FILL ASAP!Female clients requesting female care givers for live in positions!Female clients in Buffalo Grove and Des Plaines: live in MUST WORK WITH CLIENT FOR A MINIMUM OF 6 MONTHS!MUST CALL FOR AN INTERVIEW: 847-259-8765WE WILL NOT ACCEPT WALK-INS DO NOT E-MAIL RESUMES.MUST OWN YOUR OWN TRANSPORTATION.We have multiple LIVE IN shifts to hire multiple caregivers!YOUR MUST PRESENT & CONDUCT YOURSELF IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER!MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE!Duties include but are not limited to: assisting clients with daily living activities along with:• Perform general housekeeping duties such as sweeping, cleaning, dusting, and picking up/taking out the garbage.• Assist with laundry and bed linen changes.• Assist clients with personal hygiene, feeding, dressing, bathing, and toileting as needed.• Prepare meals, clean up the kitchen, and perform menu planning and meal preparation for later use.• Provide medication reminders.• Inform home care program manager of emerging client problems or needs.• Maintain a safe home environment in compliance with the home care program's policies.• Provide companionship and protective supervision as needed.• Provide weekly updates of client care records.• Document and report any changes in clients' physical or mental statuses or major changes in clients' home environments to the home care program manager.• Comply with all the home care program's policies and procedures.
